今天表M告诉俺：俺这里的房地产去年涨了22。7%。俺积累大约8位数的房地产，这
意为俺的资产增了2M，这也是一般的工薪家庭需要工作10年的收入。俺只是一块普
通的石头，没有显赫的家庭背景，也没有特别的技能可以取的很高的薪金，更没有
天上掉陷饼的好运中了什么大奖。只是俺投资房地产比较早，买下耒等上几年，
喜欢的留下，不喜欢的买掉。俺把俺的买房真经再贴一边：

买房真经

买房子要越早越好，
面积要越大越好；
位子要越贵越好，
贷款要越高越好。

这是俺的买房真经。如果您看了叫了声“好”，俺恭喜您！您已是一位“成功人士”，
