Social Security: More going out than coming in
I agree with this comments:
If they where to just take off the CAP, if would be fixed. Most people have no idea how it works. some people only pay into the system one month that's because they hit the cap their salary is so big i.e sports players they make millions, etc. All of us little people pay into the system 52 weeks a yr, but some people only pay into the system a few weeks or moths before they hit the cap.... It's that easy to fix people it's not rock since. The people who don't like this idea are the ones who make well over the cap.
