investment. If you plan to buy as many properties as possible you better choose 30-yr fix because it will reduce your debt/income ratio, making it easier to get new loans in future. Otherwise, choose 15-yr fix because it will save you a lot of money on interest. Your affordability is also a factor to consider.

I will never choose a 15-yr fix loan for a rental property.
