cash flow is important, but it's just an overall operational concept. I always got confused why so many people only pay their attentions to cash flow. It's probably from the fear from inside, but cash flow is not a constant either. (vancancy rate? rent ? fixing & maintaining cost ?)

I have learnt a lot from your posts and blog. Your thoughts are systematic, while mine are just some random thoughts.
