I remember Jy101 has a case like this:

The bank foreclosed a house(condo?). loan balance about $50k (25K?), and property value is about 80K~100k. Bank talked to JY101 and give him full finance at 50k(25K?) and he just put the house in good sharp and rented within few weeks for $600/month (?).

He put no money and get positive cash flow with 50K+ equity.
