Shopping around

First check with your current lender to see if they have some no appraisal no cost promotion. Sometimes they do.

If not get anything from your current one, consult a loan broker to see if they can get you into some no appraisal no cost refinance program.

You should try to refi when this is still your primary resident (rate will be lower than rentals).
