找租客难，有人用过condo.com 或rentals.com吗？

马上月底了。租客还没有着落。有人用过好的广告方式吗？
我 post a sign. 应该还有些traffic，不多。
用过craigslist,尽来bargain hunter;感觉质量不高，关键我的房子比较好，要价不是dirty cheap那种
当地realtor只管卖不管租
对报纸一向不感冒。没有收索功能，谁还用那功夫一个一个看啊
