However, If I have the money, I would. Wall street is greedy, and caused this trouble, but to me, the majority of them did not cross the line of law. If they crossed, it if the government job to hold them for responsibility. When a law is not suitable for current situation, they law making system is responsible. That's why I like to see the financial reform, even it may not be perfect.

For the house crash, it is not purely the bank loan system mistake. The owners/Buyers are responsible for at least half. Majority of home owner, like me, did not take loan more than I can afford. We are responsible for our personal finance. The blaming game is politics.

I hope you are not going to say the system in China have reached the same level as the U.S.. Sure, the U.S. system is not perfect. But, there is a word, BETTER.

To summarize, I would buy Bank-owned houses. To me, what happened in the U.S. financial system is different from what in China's house development.
