Foreclosure的房子报价

我看中了一个Foreclosure的房子， 出了offer。 现在已经过了合同上规定的接受日期， 银行方面一点回应也没有。从Agent那里知道银行有几个OFFER。银行是不是还在等更好的? 通常银行要多久才能答复?

请问谁有经验， 告诉我现在该怎么办？ 我怎样才能counter offer， 可不可以从新报价？怎样才能让我的报价好看些(CASH除外， 钱不够)?
