I have a refrigerator, a washer and dryer in the house, which are not included in the sale of the house. What shall I do with them?
My choices are:
1. sell them to the buyer (may not be possible, they may not want them)
2. sell them on craig's list. (sounds like hassle)
3. donate them
4. put them in temporary storage
5. put them in my garage (I am running out of space already)
6. put them in y other rental property (but there are appliances there already)
What would you guys do?
How do you guys deal with the appliances after selling the house

It is a good idea to keep them as a back up
