年轻的妈妈爸爸，有五个孩子，分别在沃玛和Hyvee工作，有section 8, 说是有好的信用指数，有两份前房东的推荐信（good histry)。我疑虑的是section 8有什么不好的负面影响吗？孩子多又有关系吗？第一次出租房，没经验，此租客可选吗？我在明州。提供中肯答案着我请客！！
