This is not true：Most renter do not have good credit

In all the people with good credit, there are always renters and house buyers. For example, young college graduates, may not want to buy a house after 10 years until they're married, even then they still could rent, until have kids.

Your comments may apply to most Chinese, but in America, Chinese is minority. :-)
