我反而不怎么纠结了。基本不出去吃饭了，因为只有我自己做的饭菜最营养最健康。如果谁说请我出去吃饭，我都觉得是负担，感觉

人家倒欠我钱似的；出去旅游也少了，因为旅游会打破我的生活规律，也因为没有什么地方特别吸引我了。

养老嘛，原则上是尽量不生病，小病从医，大病从死，这么一来，好像以后也花不了多少钱了。LOL
