紧急请教房产大师们

买了个白菜房。一黑人妈妈带3个孩子。拿出人事部门证明。年收入￥39500.提供原租房的电话。对方讲每月按时付费。就出租给她们，月租￥875.付当月房费及一月定金。结果第一个月过5天还不付房租。我找到单位。她是前台接电话的。她讲已进账，周末银行不上班，星期一就到帐，结果根本就没存，每次打电话不接，第二次，她经理开车代她去银行 ，取了钱给我，【讲车坏了修】这月又到5日没交，打电话问，不接，周末去租给她住的地方，可能8号，她儿子开门讲他妈不在，我去她工作地方，开门看她和别人讲话，就在马路外边等，看到人走了。就进去。问她什么时候交。她叫我第二天下午来，我去后她不在，叫另一个人转给我一封信，1说有人报怨影响工作，{我每次去只问两句话就走。}2我打扰她儿子，她儿子17岁，{我就问他妈什么时候回来}3她受伤心情不好等。又寄来挂号信。内容相同，现在房费没要上，还闯出祸来，请问房产大师们这个问题有多严重，最坏到什莫地步。及怎样补救？下一步怎么做，非常非常感谢。
