我今天理了一下，portfolio里把退休房downp payment除开后，和股票相关的投资是～75%，这其中纯粹的股票SPY大约只有30%，分红ETF占了45%。耍流氓能睡得香也不错。YTD刚刚变正，还不能翘尾巴。。。鬼脸
