一直关注南加,想在那买投资房。有个当地的agent每天email发listing, 上星期看到一个short sale,看上去很不错,马上给agent回email询问两个问题,结果第二天agent说已经contingent。看来好房抢得好快啊!!!像我们这种人在外州的,要抢到这种好deal简直不可能。lg说总不能连看都不看就递offer吧,可要飞过去,至少也要几天工夫,哪里抢得过人家本地人。这里高手云集,也看到不少是到外地买投资房的,请问大家是怎么做的?真的遇到好deal连看房都不看,就递offer吗?谢谢了。
