今年开始按10%取利原则，取利

今天先把一个账户中的QQQ取利， 今年QQQ盈利22.3%。 把其中的10%仍然留在股市中，取出剩余的12.3%。 明天把它买入短期国债。

明天把另外一个账户的VGT也按10%取利原则取利。
