Pen CU is very efficient!

I applied online for HELOC at Pentagon Credit Union on 04/10, and they emailed me today to say that they are ready for closing on my application. All I need to do next is to sign a few documents and it will be done! That's pretty impressive. My rate is 3.75%, but of course it is variable.
