如果公司match你的401K > 32%,你会放多少到401k里？

看到不少大牛在版上说不要放太多401k.
如下是我们公司提供的match.（match 32%如果放满）。请问，这种情况下，你会放多少在401k呢？非常想听听给为大牛的意见。现在常常苦于投资没有现金。

Employer Match Schedule
100% up to $1,500
50% on the next $1,500
33% on the next $7,500
10% on the last $6,000

Example:

Employee Contribution $16,500

100% up to $1,500: $1,500
50% on the next $1,500: $750
33% on the next $7,500: $2,475
10% on the next $6,000: $600
Total matched by Employer: $5,325
