提上来再说关于出租房的房租能否收cash的问题

我那家最穷的房客住进来半年，给我支票付房租已经被弹回去两次了，_:mad: ，他每次都是用现金补给我的。我正打算跟他说以后不要他的支票了，房租就用现金付，大家都省事。

关于不收现金做房租，sunskitehomes同学给列了几个理由，这是sunskitehomes同学的贴：
为什么受房租的时候收支票(check)和汇票(money order)，不收现金？
我觉得有些道理。不过我的做法是每次收到他的现金，我都当面给他receipt，从来没有例外。如果他说曾经给过我什么钱，那他得拿得出我的receipt做证据呀。大家觉得这还会有问题吗？即便是上法庭。
