请教如何给国内父母转美元

一次可以转6万美元吗？用美国银行的wire transfer 到中国银行的外币账户，大概手续费多少？我需要申报吗？国内人收到这个钱放在外币账户，如果以后拿到美国用，还受5万美元的限制吗？万分感激
