英伟达员工5000万其实不值钱

我离开的公司比英伟达好，工资比英伟达高，它公司工资也就普通，靠股票有了5000万财产，rsu当年就要交收入税，这是不能避免的，联邦收入税加州税大概50%，不卖rsu靠工资还不够交税。就算你一股都不卖，吃萝卜咽酸菜地过日子，住小黑屋，有了5000万，长期capital gain就要交40%税，5000万里属于自己的也就3000万。如果没有5000万，而只有3000万，属于自己的也就只是一千多万，这还是几十年一股不卖的情况下，从这点钱上看，达标富人并不多。要富还得创业开公司哈哈
