I just bought a short sale and it will be closed this week. I wanted to do a cash out refi, but due to the recently rule change, I might not be able to do it. If I sell the house I can make about 40k after all the fees and tax. it is about 30% profit.
Should I rent it and wait for the opportunity to refi? Bank might change the rule, who know? Or do you guys suggest I sell it and take the profit?
