如果历史的经验可以借鉴

这次的降息对股市绝对是利好。

从1980年以来。 Fed 曾经22次在大盘在历史或者近历史高点时降息。

统计数据显示,

12个月后：

1）22 次都是positive (100%的机率是正回报）。

2）平均回报率为13.9%.

3) buy the dip 应该是正确操作，没有dip 可买，就buy the top.

不做任何投资建议。
