1）把401 K里的S and P 600 换成了500。

S and P 600 尽管数目多了100，但performance 比S and P 500 差的太多了。今天终于痛下决心了。

2）堤内损失堤外补：上星期在IRA里减仓了标普500，今天准备在taxable account 里用QQQm 补回来。第一次买QQQ。尽管有可能是火坑：但现在不跳更待何时？减息基本上是铁板钉钉，现金在MM里面是呆不下去了。

3）这次减仓：理论上正确，现实中错误。但知错就改，market is always right!
