房坛问过回答的人不多，请教这里的房东你们的租户通过Zillow支付的吗还是直接汇入你账户的？

我的新租客要求我让他用Zillow付房租。除了有延迟之外有什么不好的地方? 比如说你们为什么没有用 Zillow? 先谢过！
