Very likely. I just don't know where is the bottom

As of now (late July 2025), predicting the exact bottom for a stock like CRCL (Circle)—even after a major catalyst like the GENIUS Act passing—is extremely difficult. The market tends to "buy the rumor, sell the news", and a positive policy change doesn’t always translate into an immediate or lasting stock bottom.

I am guessing it's somehwere 150? Let's see the 8/2 earning report.
