No, this is not a short sale. So, the item you mentioned doesn't in our offer. The addendum is only things like no discloure about this house, sold as is and so on. I didn't see any given up of sue right. Anyway, for bank, of course, since I didn't get anything from them, I can't sue them. What I want is the listing agent responsibilities - he told us contract is in binding and the property is pending by written. I believe that he has something from seller regarding the acceptance of this property. I don't think we are still in negotiation stage.
