Contact your own bank (best to meet the VP of the bank if you can). Show the bank your cash flow and all of your financial statements. Tell them your plan. Answer all of their questions properly. Make sure to remove any question mark in their minds and are very confident to your ability. Use the property as the collateral.

The bank will work with you if they are confident to you.
