If anyone put a lien against your property, you can sue them back. In the court, the guy shall show judge the envidence （人证和物证） about lien, like 他买材料的发票， 发给他工人的工资 etc

另外， 你为什么要打电话约他来做评估呢？ 现在做loan说都是由银行来order估价的 （当然，你要付估价费）。

如果你是个人的其他原因要做估价，他应当FAX一份Order Form and 要求你FAX回去。 这样他才知道你做估价的目的。从而，他才知道这个assignment 怎么做。
