于瑞士和伦敦的谈判只是暂时cease fire agreement

并非停战协议或是任何贸易协议。在瑞士双方同意暂停互扔的超高关税。从瑞士到伦敦会谈前，双方又互扔了一下东西：美国禁了某些设计软件，乙烷和学生签证。中国禁了稀土。伦敦会谈只是就这段时间双方互加的禁运有个缓冲。中国在六个月内继续供应美国汽车厂家稀土。美国恢复乙烷供应和学生签证。

这是瑞士会议后双方又一次试探性的互掐。至于中美贸易战的实质性问题，一个都没顾上。

目前咱也搞不清关税到底是多少。

所以别指望贸易战会有什么结果。纯粹是白忙活。打个三四年都有可能。

但是肯定不会再有100%以上的关税这类事情啦。
