有人接触过这种投资公司吗？

最近接触到一家finiancial公司（private）。这家公司通过买卖undervalue real estate property（residential or commercial）来make money。他们现在在找partner其实也就是融资啦。如果愿意投钱给他们的话，他们提供fixed income，即每3个月（或者一年、两年等等，depends on different terms）给一次return。他们称这个income是garantee的，三个月的return是4.5%；1年是7%；2年是10%。term到期后可以拿回本金，但是不可能提前把钱拿回来。从他们show的record上，这个group已经成功买卖了100多个properties。他们的plan是扩大对commercial properties的投资。

因为这家公司是个private公司，很多records都无法在网上查到。

想问问这里有没有人接触过类似的投资，该怎么知道公司是不是trustable？听他们的介绍，当然是比把钱存在银行里保险了
