bankruptcy has nothing to do with eviction, at least in my state. I had it happen twice, first one went thru normal procedure on eviction, but no judgment on collection.

second one I got lucky, the tenant claim they file but was not, I got a judgment, and a civil warrant, he got arrest before his attorney actually filed, pay his cash bond to get out, I got paid.
