UVXY报税的cost basis问题？

UVXY需要k1, 但是1099b和k1里都没有cost basis info。这个cost basis就是UVXY的买入价。我的理解对不对？

turbotax 里 sales section title 是哪个？感觉是short term basis not reported to IRS？ 因为总共只持有一周就卖掉了。不知道为什么 turbotax 下载进来显示是 unknown term basis not reported to IRS
