请教 section 8 landlord

I am thinking to become a section 8 landlord. Wondering what's pros and cons?

...here is the pros and cons I can think of:

Pros: can buy house at not that great neighborhood with cheap price. Stable income. Possible long term too. High cash flow...(I calculated 35% of down payment return yearly)

Cons: yearly insepction, possible damage to house?

Any input would be highly appreciated!
