美国历史上评价最低的总统是
1) 尼克松 , ( 24分,主要 因为水门事件)
2) 杜鲁门   (32分, 主要因为朝鲜战争)
3) 船破第一届  (34分, 主要因为善于破坏一个旧制度, 不懂怎样建立新制度)

 船破第二届 会比第一届  好吗?  

老实说, 我不看好! 找到机会应该减仓!
