You seem to worry too much about Bay Area. It is proven the Bar Area is the center for technology innovation, and it has sustained that position very well.

Bay Area produces much more millionaire and billionaries than any other cities in the world. That is why the house price is so high in Bay Area, not just because of the nice weather.

I like Bay Area much better than DC!
