30 year fixed, 5.25% 怎么样?

各位,

今天锁利率, 大家觉得30 year fixed, 5.25% 怎么样? 贷款500K, 自住. 我在加州.与贷款有关的费用不用我出, 但我必须在贷款公司设帐户预缴地产税, 否则利率会高0.125%.
