一年去了,一年来了,...

投资和生意在许多地方都是相通的,成功地产投资的特点基本上是在最大限度地使用OPM,成功的生意投资的特点基本上是使用OPM和OPT.在过去的一年里,从以前的投资房屋,转到了投资餐馆酒楼,基本上算是完成的从地主到老板的转移.

坏的地方,生意的管理要比房产的管理难的多,特别是一个自己不熟悉不懂的行业,要付出更多的学费.

好的地方,一个可以自行运转的生意,会比房屋,特别是从CASH FLOW的意义上会产生出更多的正现金流.

有了更多的正现金流,再去做什么事,都将是比较容易的事了.
