从看房子到现在，我已经交了5个OFFER了，一个也没拿到

房子，想问问大家，是不是要换经纪？这个经纪最小也65-70岁了，老美。之前没有得到房子时候，有人提意见说让我们换经纪，我也不好意思换，毕竟他岁数摆在那，带我们看了大半年的房子，随叫随到，就是买房过程中，想参考他的意见，特别是出多少价格，他一概没有任何意见，说让我们自己考虑，他不知道。所有的上市房子他都给我，房子资料也给我。

在这之前和另一个中年老美女经纪合作几天，她是把她挑出来的给我们，房子资料也不是全部的。而且尽给贵的。价格她说不可能压到我说的价格，但以后我发现别人用我说的价格买下了房子。我就不要她了。

这次我们下了这个OFFER， 也有几个人要，最后这房子给PENGDIG了，我这经纪也不知道，还是我看到了问他，他还说是对方不想收OFFER 了，才PENDING的。然后过10几分钟，又电话说让别人拿走了。

请问，这个经纪是不是合格？我也不知道好的经纪应该怎样，还有到哪里去选好的经纪呢？多大岁数呢？性别？这些也重要吗？
