老川要用关税替代个人所的税，那么走Roth后门的是不是白忙呼了

美国每年进口3万亿美元的商品，50%的关税就差不多是1.5万亿。好像每年的个人所得税也就是这个数字。

从数据上来看是可行的。

要真是这样是不是以后没有income tax,从IRA里取钱不上税了。
