It is possible

If you looked at the history of AAPL, NFLX, GOOGLE, AMZN, META, etc. they can drop 40-50% in a short period of time.

Either ER is not good enough, or they are in between product cycles, or CEO made a mistake, etc. 

NVDA is at $150, -50% is $75. Although the chance to miss in 2025 is small, but who knows about 2026. It might be a totally different theme in 2026.
