When I bought the landlord insurance a few years ago, I told the insurence that my renter doesn’t have a dog. After that, I just renew my insurance every year and we change our renters every year too. Now, my new property management agent rents my property to a dog owner. What will be happen, if their dog bites someone? Am I in the trouble? I live in Arizona.
