各位高人请帮帮出出主意， 我该选哪个房？

Two single family houses. The banks just accepted my offers. Have to decide which one we will go for. Really need your help to decide.

First one:

REO, 285k, 2346sf, 4bedrooms, 6 years old house. Good upper level community, good condition. No HOA. But the drawback is that I can hear highway noice, basiclly the house is close to the community wall, outside of the wall it is highway, even though the high way is not that busy. I can hear the noice from the backyard and even inside one bedroom. Also the power line that is going along the high way is visible from the second floor of the house.

Second one:

Short sale, 275k, 2350sf, 4 years old house, 5 bedroom. The community is not as good as the first one, it is kind of like middle range community. The house was rented before so the condition is not as good as the first, the backyard lawn is bad. It has $50 HOA. No highway and power line problem.

The both houses used to sell for 500-600k.
