可以同时给好几个房offer吗？如果都被接受了，怎么back out?
I submitted 2 offers and both got rejected by bank. I realize my strategy has to be changed. Maybe submit offer on several REO houses simultaneously and see which one I am lucky enough to get. Is this a good idea? How could I back out if couple offers are accepted? How could we back out the less desireable contract?
