VA_landlord, RE888 and all, please help again.

When the bank accepted my offer, they have conditions like:
1. a 15 day closing period once you accept this counteroffer of theirs.
2. no inspection period.

does this sound normal? does that mean I can't back out if inspection finds something wrong?
