These are bad people, evict immediately.

The breaker breaks because they are using too much electricity. The old house just doesn't have the capacity to support. If you try to fix it, you'd have to re-view the entire house, which could easily go over 10K.

Does your lease allow dogs? If not, this could be ground for eviction already.
