我们offer了一个房子，第二天就被告知拿到了，我们开始着手贷款的事，发现我们贷款可能有问题，而且我们出价也出高了，所以我们有点不想要了，听说有个几天时间可以反悔，不知道可不可以？需要什么理由？会有什么后果（对我们和我们的agent）？
