这个应该问当地的contractor。一般来说这样的remodel不比建新房

便宜太多，因为有很多retro fit要做。我们这里至少250－300／sqft. 不过肯定能找到一些便宜的中国装修对。另外如果你有精力做gc, 自己去找sub contractor, 也会省些钱。 所以那个房子便宜是有原因的。
