在这通货膨胀的年代，什么东西都貴。

美国房市，股市价格不断在创新高：PE，价／租都在历史高位徘徊。

中国房地产价格已经上了天：到了无法再涨的程度。

想找到价值投资：真的不容易。

众里寻他千百度，蓦然回首，那人却在灯火阑珊处：H股，A股。

以为捡到了便宜，夜不能寐。

现在看来：是个大坑。

今天ASHR又跌了3%。
